My friend Stephanie, an architect with Chancey Design Partnership sent me these photos of a house that her company designed, because she knew I would love it as much as she did. She was right. These photos are from before the house was decorated-it takes a very special house to shine this much without before any decorating even occurs. Thanks, Steph!
Beautiful beadboard detail on the porch ceiling
Such a lovely kitchen-I love that the cabinetry is up on “feet,” and the built-in fridge
Dining Room
Master Bath-look at that chandelier
Notice that the tub is at least 5′ deep, Mmmmmmmm
Guest Room, tiffany blue with custom scroll painting
Another Guest Room
Pale green bathroom with apron tub
You could do cartwheels in this laundry room!
I love how the landscaping is right at the edge of the pool. Something tells me no children swim in this pool though-I know where that sand would end up . . .
Good Golly, Miss Molly! I could just move right it. Who needs decor when it looks like that ‘bare bones’. Stunnig!
Absolutely beautiful…Is this house at Watersound? Wouldn’t everyone love a beach house like this?!
WOW Erin…I don’t think I can pick a favorite room. What a gorgeous house!!

This is a familiar house…it’s in Watersound over by our ‘hood. The builder designed it for his family. It’s breath-taking!!!
